I'm back after a fairly lengthy hiatus which means it's time for a little refresher on the Rules for using my stock photos! But first...upon my return I had several questions in notes and comments about whether I would allow my stock to be used for pre-cuts and/or tack removals then re-posted as stock (giving credit to me and the person who did the cut/removal.) The answer: No, I do not allow my stock images to be used for pre-cuts, tack removals, or any other manipulation that would then be reposted as a stock image. I haven't put out a reminder about stock use rules in quite a while, so here it is! 1) If using my stock for photo manipulations you must actually manipulate it, which by MY standards means the original, unedited stock image cannot make up more than 50% of the total finished piece!! Sorry folks, simply adding a filter, doing a touch-up, melding together photos, adding text, etc... is not considered manipulation and is not acceptable.
